How do I get started?

How does pricing work?
I offer transparent “starting at” pricing for each service. Your final quote depends on your project’s scope, complexity, and timeline — I’ll always provide a clear proposal so there are no surprises.

What’s the typical turnaround time?
It depends on the project. Smaller one-time services like social media graphics or print collateral may take 1–2 weeks. Larger projects like brand kits or websites typically take 4–6 weeks. I’ll give you an estimated timeline before we start.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For larger projects, I split payments into installments (usually 50% upfront, 50% upon completion). This helps keep things manageable for your budget.

Will I own the files when we’re done?
Yes. Once the project is completed and paid in full, you’ll receive final files and have full ownership. For websites, I also provide logins and tutorials so you feel confident managing it moving forward.

Absolutely. If you’d like, we can continue with monthly design, social media, or strategy support to keep your marketing fresh and consistent.
